Im also a massive fan of G unit ( who are preforming wit eminem in MK later this summer AND i have tickets already ). Nahh mami, 3rd one aint gon thru yet. Im still in the process of doin loads of paperwork. Many pple think hookin up a digs is hard ama its a big deal. It really is not. Once you get one and have reliable pple who can take care of it for you, then yu are sorted. Average person in uk makes @ least £12 to 14000. Jus get good credit and ur loan will be approved and walaaaa! ! ! ! As for sacrifice, i dont heng, booze, smoke, mangamanga, etc etc. Pple say that life is passing me by but yu know wot, they wont say that wen we hit midlife. Im not one to stay in UK for long ama make my life foundation here. I had a five year plan and im jus like a year behind schedule. Nway, ThanK God im back on track.

Dont have to deal with endless bureaucracy. jopavillas.com/home.php?PHPSESSID=5149427ccebd380ebee2dc367237a8e6

@ Jerry lee jones - are you talking about houses here or in nai ? because here dont u need at least 3 times the mortgage amount and with most houses starting at over £100 u wld need an income of at least £30k ? thanks I know the procees of getting a hse here and how it works. I wud never ever buy a hse here and pay for it for the rest of my life. I was talking about a diggz in Africa, thanks. Getting a loan here is not had sana, truss me. And if yu wise up and transfer ur money to Africa, yu can do wonders. I dun it and i know how easy it is. The hard bit is trying to convince the banks wot yu need the cash for and that thing called Good credit. £6000 * 145 = kshs 870,000 or Tsh 9100000. Down payment done. Catch being, yu have to have colatteral @ home to finance ur mortgage. Thats why i was like, getting the first one may be hard but after that, its all downhill. HINT, pieces of land in shaggs areas normally cost 100,000. ( which is only about £700 ) Get two or three of these and walaaa! ! ! yu have collateral to take to the bank of financial institution. Saving £800 aint all that hard. Jus sacrifice.
